Founded in 2021 by Mr. Budhi Man Rai on St. Margaret's Terrace, Sushi Home Town was born from a deep-rooted passion for wholesome, steamed foods and vibrant, authentic street-style cuisine. We set out with a simple mission: to share our love for remarkable flavors with our community.
Now proudly a part of the bustling Darley Street Market, our menu is a celebration that brings together the very best of Japanese and Nepalese culinary traditions. From delicately rolled sushi, comforting ramen, and rich katsu curry to handmade dumplings and wok-tossed chow mein-style stir-fry noodles, every dish is crafted with authenticity and heart.
